Responsibilities:
* Install, service, and maintain IP CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
* Diagnose faults, conduct rectification testing, and complete repairs on-site or at HQ
* Work closely with project managers, the sales team, and engineers to deliver integrated systems
* Travel to customer sites across the UK (including occasional out-of-hours work for events)
* Ensure RAMS compliance and complete all works to high standards and on time
* Support the move toward integrated ecosystems combining video, access, radio, PA, and more
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in electronic/IP security systems installation and maintenance
* Strong knowledge of platforms like Avigilon, Axis, Milestone, Paxton, Alta Access (Openpath), or Suprema
* Solid understanding of IP networks, PoE, switches, and cloud-based security solutions
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and deliver professional-level documentation
* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
* Willing to travel UK-wide and work out-of-hours as needed
* DBS required (or willingness to obtain)
