The successful applicant will be required to assess and maintain claims for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support; answer customers' enquiries and give them relevant advice. A key role is to encourage benefit take-up and the prompt reporting of changes.
The Benefits Team continues to be high profile and provides vital support to our residents and this role is key in delivering an efficient and timely application process.
