Your responsibilities and tasks:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of milking and cooling equipment, including both traditional milking parlours and cutting-edge robotic machinery.

Key Duties
* Install new plant equipment in a timely and satisfactory manner.
* Maintain and repair existing customer equipment to a high standard.
* Provide mechanical and electrical engineering solutions.
* Ensure your service vehicle is appropriately stocked for daily tasks.
* Stay informed about technical developments both internally and externally.
* Accurately document job records for invoicing and stock adjustments.
* Participate in a monthly on-call rota once established in the role.
* Train and mentor apprentices and new team members as required.
Your profile and qualifications:
* Educated to Secondary school level with strong numeracy skills.
* Experience in electrical, refrigeration, and/or mechanical engineering.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid driving licence required.
* Preferred Experience BUT not essential:
* Knowledge of the agricultural industry.
* Experience with dairy and/or refrigeration engineering.
