Role Overview:
As a Legionella Risk Assessor, your primary responsibility will be completing legionella risk assessments on domestic water systems. Experience with complex water systems is advantageous but not essential. While the role is primarily focused on risk assessment, you will also assist with monitoring visits, tank cleans, and TMV servicing when required.
As part of our hybrid working scheme, the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to develop skills across additional compliance disciplines. These include Air Conditioning compliance services, Fire Door inspections, Dry Riser testing, and Fire Damper inspections and testing. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legionella risk assessments on domestic water systems including sheltered accommodation, care homes, and retail premises
Produce clear and accurate schematic drawings
Liaise with clients to provide guidance on risk, compliance, and best practices on-site
Assist with water monitoring, tank cleaning, and TMV servicing as required
Undertake additional compliance services under the hybrid working scheme (training provided)
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience carrying out legionella risk assessments and producing detailed schematic drawings
* Legionella Risk Assessor qualification
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Competence in using technology for documentation and reporting
* Ability to communicate findings clearly and confidently
* Flexible approach to working hours and duties
* Willingness to train and develop across additional compliance services as part of our hybrid working model
