Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Car Dealership
Location: Hessle, HU13
Salary: £24,000 base salary and upcapped bonus – OTE 50K + company car + benefits
Full Time and Permanent
Monday to Saturday 8.30am-6.00pm and Sunday 10.00am-4.00pm
Sales Executives will work every Saturday and there is an alternating rota for Sundays
So 1 week you will work 5 days (including Saturday) and on a rota basis you will work 6 days (including Saturday and Sunday)
Our client has a turnover of approximately 300 million and employs over 800 members of staff across 16 dealerships and 1 dedicated service centre.
Due to continued success, they are now seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their =sales team at their Hessle Dealership.
Our client offers a superb opportunity to the right person who is able to demonstrate a successful and stable sales track record within the automotive industry
Role and Responsibilities:
* To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company
* To ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience
* To achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as required for the role
The ideal candidate will:
* Take pride in their ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
* Be focussed on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as being a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
* Hold a minimum of 2 years, successful track record in a customer facing, target driven sales environment in the Automotive sector.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient and organised. You must be used to working in a competitive and process driven sales environment and possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
