This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a creative agency delivering bespoke exhibition stands and live brand experiences across the UK and Europe.
We’re looking for someone with industry knowledge, strong client networks, and the drive to win new business in a highly competitive market.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Driving new business growth with a focus on custom exhibition stand design & build projects
* Developing long-term client partnerships that lead to repeat projects and referrals
* Representing the agency at trade shows, networking events, and client pitches
* Collaborating closely with creative, design, and project delivery teams to ensure client visions are brought to life
* Managing your pipeline effectively through CRM and reporting to the Sales Director
* Travelling across the UK & Europe for meetings, events, and industry exhibitions
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven business development experience in a design & build exhibitions agency (essential)
* Strong understanding of the exhibitions and live events sector
* A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to win high-value projects
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Commercial awareness and confidence in managing budgets and margins
* Flexibility to travel across the UK & Europe (occasional overnight stays)
* Full UK driving licence and valid passport
