We are seeking a Finance Reporting Manager to support our Head of Finance Business Partnering in managing the finances of Egis UK Consulting and Engineering Ltd, which has around 60 staff mainly in corporate and shared services. The role offers a hybrid working model, with an average of three days in our new Manchester city centre office and two days remote. This position is an excellent opportunity to lead the review and improvement of finance processes across all UK subsidiaries during a period of transformation and ERP transition.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Managing the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with group guidelines, accounting standards, and regulations.
2. Interpreting and presenting monthly results to the UK CFO and Group Finance.
3. Generating monthly intercompany invoices and managing related queries.
4. Performing balance sheet reconciliations.
5. Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
6. Managing forecasting and reporting on the balance sheet and cash flow.
7. Supporting monthly consolidation activities, including UK P&L from entity inputs.
8. Embedding high-quality financial reporting processes to meet stakeholder requirements.
9. Acting as the key contact for the Tagetik consolidation and reporting tool.
10. Working effectively within a multidisciplinary organization.

What we need from you
We are looking for candidates who:
* Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Are ACCA qualified or have relevant equivalent qualifications.
* Have demonstrated experience in a similar finance role.
* Possess thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and reporting standards.
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Are highly organized with strong interpersonal skills.
* Have a proactive, flexible, hands-on mentality.
* Are proficient in financial software and MS Office; knowledge of Oracle systems is a plus.
