At Cosy Club, you can expect casual days, vibrant evenings, from brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other.
Our Roaming Sous Chefs are a support to the region, you'll cover kitchen team holidays and get drafted into sites that need an extra pair of hands on the busy shifts. In this role you'll need to be able to dive into any service and help pick up the daily operations of the sites you cover. Ultimately, you'll be the champion in every kitchen in the region
Our Midlands patch currently has 10sites including - Birmingham, Brindley Place, Cheltenham, Coventry, Derby, Hereford, Leicester, Nottingham, Reading, Worcester so will need someone able to travel to these cities.
