Therole of the Fan &Community RelationsAssistant
The Fan &Community Relations Assistant will provide valuable support acrossthe Corporate Affairs team particularly the Fan Relations andWomens teams. A superorganised individual this person will help toplan and deliver both matchday and nonmatchday staffing and eventsas well as helping the General Manager of the Womens teams todocument Performance Development Plans for the Womens teamsplayers. This role is full time although the club would considerapplications for a parttime role of four days per week managedflexibly in line with the requirements of the role. This role willinvolve some evening and matchday work and the majority of the timewill be spent at one of our sites.
MainAccountabilities
* Supportthe team to respond to fanrelated enquiries in the SupporterServices and Accessibility inboxes.
* Manage thedistribution of community tickets for matchdays.
* Support the planning and operation of stadiumtours and other nonmatchday events such as visits to schools andcommunity groups.
* Support the Fan &Community Relations Team on matchdays to ensure we deliver awelcoming environment for all fans.
* Help withthe organisation of matchday staff and entertainment managingmatchday checklists and submitting payroll details for matchdaycasual staff.
* Help with other matchdayactivities such as fan parking away coach travel and support forfans with additional support needs.
* Supportthe Club Ambassador to plan and manage the Legends Programmeinvolving exBrentford players.
* Provideadministrative support the General Manager and Head Coach of theBrentford FC Womens team including planning matchday operationshelping with key events such as spotlight games and team events andsupporting the documentation of Performance Development Plans forplayers of the First and B teams.
* Followsafeguarding protocols in the set up and ongoing management of theWomens teams Legends Programme and matchday operation escalatingany issues to line management and the Safeguarding team asappropriate.
* Support other Fan &Community Relations projects and activities as required includingfan events and matchdays throughout the season.
