As a Social Worker, you will:
Work across various teams including Childrens Safeguarding, Assessments, Children with Complex Needs, and Fostering.
Be part of a new non-case holding specialist edge of care team.
Contribute to strategic changes aimed at improving childrens services.
Collaborate with supportive colleagues who have also relocated to the islands.
Manage a reasonable caseload with the backing of a dedicated management team.
