CAD Technician - Graduate Level (MEP) - Hybrid Working
A growing engineering team is seeking a motivated CAD Technician to join their expanding design department. This role is suited to a recent graduate who has gained approximately 5 months of experience in MEP CAD and is eager to continue developing their technical skills with support and structured training.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced designers and engineers on a diverse range of projects, contributing to the delivery of high-quality drawings for:
* Commercial and residential developments
* Healthcare and educational facilities
* Retail fit-outs and refurbishments
* Industrial installations and building services upgrades
Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed MEP CAD drawings and design documentation
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to support project delivery
* Assist in coordination, updating and maintaining drawings and models
* Continue developing technical capabilities through ongoing training and mentorship
Requirements
* Graduate in a relevant engineering or design discipline
* Around 5 months' experience using CAD within an MEP environment
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Fully eligible to work in the United Kingdom
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Package & Benefits
* Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
