Basic c£120,000 + Bonus + Car + Package.
Cognisant Search has been instructed to appoint a Commercial Director on behalf of a traditional housebuilder, that develop high-quality, family homes. They have a fantastic land bank and are renowned for their product. Responsibilities include:
* Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for all commercial activities including surveying, buying and estimating
* Leading, directing and coaching the Commercial team to enable them to become high performing in their roles
* Acting at pace and ensuring a robust commercial attitude which enables best, fair value to be obtained
* Overseeing company procurement ensuring best value and robust supply chain, promoting valued relationships and innovation
* Contributing as a key member of the Board team and acting as a role model for company values
