Description Manage procurement processes for IT equipment, hardware, software, and services. Identify and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions. Collaborate with internal departments to understand and address IT procurement needs. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier contracts. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships effectively. Provide regular updates and reports to the procurement and supply chain department. Support the implementation of IT procurement strategies to drive operational efficiency. Profile A successful IT Procurement Associate should have: Experience in procurement, particularly with IT products and services. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Knowledge of procurement systems and processes. The ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. A methodical and detail-oriented approach to work.
