An established and growing regional law group is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Lawyer to join its busy and well-structured Residential Conveyancing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer to take ownership of a varied caseload while supporting junior team members and delivering a high-quality, end-to-end service to clients and referrers.
The Role
You will provide a comprehensive residential conveyancing service, managing matters from instruction through to completion, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing residential conveyancing files from inception to completion
* Ensuring good and marketable title for clients
* Maintaining regular and effective client communication
* Reviewing and processing mortgage offers
* Supervising paralegals and legal assistants
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
* Maintaining CQS standards and best practice
* Contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced residential property lawyer who is comfortable managing a high-volume caseload and working autonomously.
Essential requirements:
* Recognised legal qualification or equivalent proven experience
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong experience handling volume caseloads independently
* Excellent communication and client-care skills
* Well-organised, flexible, and adaptable approach
* Strong problem-solving and customer service focus
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and professional
Desirable:
* Qualification via SRA, CLC, or CILEx
