HVAC Technical Coordinator
Location: Office-based in Yateley (GU46), with occasional site travel across the Southeast of England.
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Hours: Core hours 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday.
No weekend work, no call-out rota, and no out-of-hours work.
Flexible hours or part-time (4 days p/w pro-rata) will be considered.

The Opportunity
Are you a highly-skilled HVAC Engineer looking to step away from the tools and make a real impact within a dynamic, growing business? We are seeking a proactive and technically sharp HVAC Technical Coordinator to join our team at RunnyMede HVAC.
This is a brand-new role where you will directly support the company Director and field engineers, shaping our operational efficiency and applying your expertise to prestigious, high-quality installations and technically challenging projects across the Southeast. You will present strong diagnostic skills and a logical, problem-solving mindset, we will provide full training on our specific internal methods and processes.
About You
You are a self-motivated, meticulous, and commercially aware professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Proven experience working with a range of Air Conditioning manufacturers and systems (VRV, Multi-split, Ventilation).
In addition you can demonstrate the following:
* Specific industry qualification (e.g., F-gas, NVQ).
* Computer proficiency with office and job management software.
* A full UK Driving Licence (mileage paid in accordance with HMRC rates).
Role Key Duties & Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide remote guidance and troubleshoot complex technical queries for field engineers.
Procurement & Logistics: Assist with ordering new systems, parts, and supplies, managing warranty claims and ensuring timely delivery to sites.
Design & Quotation: Undertake basic design work, assist with complex designs, perform heat loss calculations, and consult with manufacturer technical teams.
Compliance Leadership: Lead the company's F-gas compliance management, including engineer logbooks and documentation audits.
Documentation & H&S: Create RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), manage technical documentation (O&Ms, commissioning reports), and update CAD technical drawings.
Customer Relations: Develop excellent client relationships, handling inquiries from the sales stage through the full project lifecycle.
Site Visits: Conduct surveys, quote, design, and provide on-site technical assistance as required
