Position: Manager, Talent & Engagement
Location: NI/UK Preferred
Reports to: VP HR, Materials Processing
Matrix to: Senior Director Global Talent and Engagement
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the implementation of segment and Terex learning and development programs including: Future Leader Programs, Supervising for Success, Managing for Success, Accelerating for Success, and Leading for Success.
* Ensure all sites have an implementation plan for these programs to meet Terex completion targets. Maintain a catalogue of trainers and track attendance via Terex University on Team Member Central.
* Lead the agenda and deliver on the Materials Processing wide goals for Early Talent, reviewed quarterly with the Segment President, and ensure continuous improvement.
* Oversee activities related to the Terex Perspectives Survey, including quarterly reviews of site survey action plans.
* Manage the Annual Segment Talent Review Process and coordinate presentations to the Corporate team and Terex ELT.
* Manage the segment's performance review processes.
* Collaborate with sites to improve the Terex HCM system (WorkDay) based on user feedback.
* Support the Culture and Inclusion Roadmap in conjunction with the Corporate C&I Team.
* Promote participation in recognition activities like Crowning Achievement and share successes via internal communications.
* Lead the monthly Segment Global HR calls.
* Support onboarding and new leader assimilation processes.
* Participate in the global Talent & Engagement Council to share ideas and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
* CIPD or degree qualified or equivalent.
* Experience in designing and delivering development programs.
* Well-rounded HR experience, including Talent Management and Training & Development.
* Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
* Strong customer focus, collaboration skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Tech-savvy with experience in talent systems.
* Self-starter with initiative.
Travel
Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% for training and site engagement.
