What We Expect Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the hotel's menu and standards. Assist in menu planning and the development of new dishes, ensuring seasonal and local ingredients are utilized. Oversee and manage specific kitchen sections, ensuring timely preparation and service of meals. Ensure all food is prepared in a sanitary and professional manner, following health and safety regulations. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in their culinary development. Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock, ordering supplies as necessary. Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to streamline operations and optimize kitchen workflow. Manage kitchen cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines.
