We are currently looking to hire a manufacturing engineer for our client who develop motors and inverters for specialist electric powertrain applications including top-level motorsport and hybrid hypercars.
This role is ideal for someone with 25 years manufacturing engineering experience who wants to develop their skills in a structured production environment.
Youll work closely with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes, solve problems, and support new product introduction.
What You'll Be Doing Improving and developing manufacturing processes
Supporting production and NPI (New Product Introduction)
Identifying process improvements and efficiencies
Supporting PFMEA, PPAP and process documentation
Troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions
Working closely with production teams to optimise workflow
What Theyre Looking For 25 years experience in a manufacturing engineering role
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery
A structured, process-driven approach to problem solving
Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, motor manufacturing, or similar is beneficial
Ideally apprentice trained or HNC / HND / Degree qualified
