Are you an experienced property professional with a passion for organisation and customer service? Our client, a well-established property company in Harrogate, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team.
About the Role:
In this key administrative role, you'll be the first point of contact for tenants reporting maintenance and repair issues. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling incoming calls and emails from tenants regarding property maintenance
2. Coordinating with contractors to arrange timely repairs
3. Following up to ensure all work is completed to a high standard
4. Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
What We're Looking For:
5. Previous experience in property or lettings is essential
6. Strong communication and organisational skills
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
8. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
