Food Manufacturing Site Technical Manager West Yorkshire Salary: £52k - £60k Benefits · 33 days Holidays · Bonus · Pension 7.5% employer and employee 5% Site Technical Manager for innovative and fast-paced food manufacturer based in Hampshire. You will be a key figure in assisting and driving the reputation for first-class Technical credibility with customers. Meeting customer expectation by maintaining exemplary standards of food safety and quality and helping to develop a highly effective technical team. Reporting to the Head of Technical, responsibilities for the role will include: · Ensuring the site is audit & visit ready at all times · Deputising for the Head of Technical. · Acting as liaison point for customers and key technical reviews · Leading the deployment and use of the quality management system · Direct management, mentoring and development of the Technical team Essential / Desirable skills include: · Experience in a Technical role at a Food Manufacturing site · Team Management experience – need to be able to lead and inspire · BRC audit experience · Ideally have experience working with the major Retailers · HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 · Excellent organisational skills · Good verbal and written communication The Company: · Well established International Food Manufacturer · Proud heritage of market-leading innovation · Supplying the Major Retailers Flexibility to work 40 hours between core hours of Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
