Partnering closely with our in-house Social and Creative teams, your focus will be on growing awareness and engagement across our organic social media channels, with a strong emphasis on TikTok and secondary focus on Instagram. In this role, you will combine your passion for social-first storytelling with your ability to independently create scroll-stopping content that resonates with our audience and furthers our message of sexual happiness.

What you will do

1. Lead the day-to-day management of our organic social channels, with a primary focus on TikTok and secondary focus on Instagram.
2. Plan, create, and publish engaging social content, including short-form video, Reels, carousels, and stories.
3. Independently film, edit, and post reactive and planned content, confidently appearing on camera where appropriate.
4. Write on-brand captions and schedule content informed by performance data and platform best practices.
5. Support product launches, brand campaigns, partnerships, and evergreen storytelling across social channels.
6. Pitch bold, social-first ideas and explore new formats that push creative boundaries.
7. Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
8. Actively engage with the community through comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic way.
9. Track and analyse channel performance, sharing clear insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

What you should bring

10. 3+ years’ experience in a social media role, either agency-side or in-house.
11. Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including content formats, trends, and algorithms.
12. Solid experience using social analytics to inform content and strategy decisions.
13. Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
14. A passion for content marketing and finding creative, unexpected ways to tell brand stories organically.
15. Native or fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
16. Willingness to travel occasionally, nationally or internationally, as required.
