We're looking for a Legal Secretary to join a highly regarded private client team, providing essential secretarial and administrative support to a busy group of lawyers. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the largest and most experienced private client teams in the region, well known for its client-focused approach.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of a friendly and supportive team, ensuring every client receives the highest standard of service. You'll handle a variety of tasks, from managing client communications, diaries, and document preparation, to supporting case administration and maintaining accurate file management. Your efficiency, attention to detail and approachable manner will help the team deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for every client.
We're seeking someone who brings strong organisational and communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for client care. Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant is required, along with confident IT skills and the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
