The Role
The GTM (Go to Market) Manager will support the planning and execution of key product and marketing initiatives that will grow incremental revenue for the business within the Access People Division.
Responsibilities include:
* Crafting compelling messaging and content for strategic products and launching new solutions.
* Developing innovative marketing collateral and sales tools in collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
* Creating GTM enablement packs to support demand generation and improve sales effectiveness.
* Owning the customer journey to ensure satisfaction, support new business, and promote repeat purchases.
* Translating technical capabilities into customer benefits and understanding target audience buying behaviors.
Day-to-day, You Will
* Lead strategic marketing planning for new product or feature launches.
* Coordinate product launches and manage cross-functional readiness.
* Achieve divisional targets through innovative marketing initiatives.
* Identify cross-sell opportunities and support product positioning and messaging.
* Deliver sales enablement materials and support marketing campaigns.
* Understand customer and market insights to maintain competitive advantage.
* Develop customer success stories to enhance customer satisfaction and support cross-selling.
Your Skills And Experiences Might Also Include
* Proven experience in software product marketing, GTM, or presales, preferably in B2B SaaS.
* Experience in launching products and designing GTM strategies.
* Ability to create compelling marketing and sales enablement materials.
* Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines in an agile environment.
