We’re currently recruiting for an Area Manager to oversee stores in West Midlands/North Wales Area in a secondment basis (Maternity Cover)
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Manager trainer or Store Manager who’s ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact across multiple locations.
As Area Manager, you’ll support and develop Store Managers, drive operational excellence, and play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and performance across your area. You’ll be responsible for:
1. Leading and inspiring a team of Store Managers
2. Ensuring consistent delivery of Starbucks and EGspresso compliance standards across multiple sites
3. Driving area commercial performance and aligning with local strategy across multiple sites
4. Supporting with training, development, recruitment, and succession planning
5. Being a key communicator and role model across the area and region
We’re looking for someone confident, collaborative, and passionate about leading through people. A solid background in store operations, great problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of what makes a great customer experience are essential.

8. Hours: 44 per week
