We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join an industry-leading, growing company. Our client is a multi-award-winning provider of Health & Safety, HR, and Employment Law services, with over 80 years of market leadership.
We seek a proactive, driven BDM with a proven track record in B2B sales, strong self-motivation in lead generation, and an excellent consultative, 'value-based' selling approach.
This role offers a guaranteed minimum salary of £60,000, with a realistic OTE of £90,000. Top performers earn over £150,000. Benefits include a company car (Tesla and other hybrid/electric vehicles) or a car allowance of £5,000, quarterly bonuses, company holidays, and more!
Key responsibilities:
* Attend face-to-face appointments booked by telemarketing partners, with a focus on closing deals.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, exploring new markets and building prospective relationships.
* Achieve quarterly sales targets in a high-energy, target-driven environment.
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Candidate requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in B2B sales, with a successful track record. Industry experience is not mandatory.
* Confident in a consultative, value-based sales approach.
* Adaptable to diverse audiences, with strong rapport-building skills with prospects including business owners, HR managers, and board members.
* Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments and exceeding sales goals.
* Previous field-based sales experience is essential.
