About the role
Pay Details: £28,624 - £31,067
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Main Place of Work: Civic Offices
Description: You will provide ongoing support to ensure the effective delivery of quality Telecare Services in the Vale of Glamorgan. Your role is to enable residents to live safely at home for as long as possible by maximizing their independence and reducing reliance on care packages.

You will be passionate about social care and supporting independence for vulnerable residents.
You will need:
* Experience working with basic equipment and/or technology
* Experience working with the public
* Good verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey information to diverse audiences
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
