Role Overview
The Commercial Partnerships Account Executive plays a key role within the 6EZ Group, supporting the Commercial Sales and Account Management teams to deliver outstanding service to clients and partners.
This is a hands-on, varied role focused on supporting, managing, and growing commercial partnerships, ensuring client objectives are met while identifying opportunities to extend relationships and drive additional value. You will work closely with internal teams, brands, rights holders, and partners to help deliver creative, effective commercial solutions that truly change the game.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting, managing, and growing commercial partnerships
Commercial & Account Support
· Work alongside the Commercial Partnerships team across the 6EZ Group to drive business growth and deliver outstanding brand consultancy services.
· Build and foster strong relationships with clients, key partners, and internal teams to add value and drive mutual commercial success.
· Support the Account Management team to meet and exceed client KPIs and service expectations.
· Ensure commercial plans and partnership activity are fully aligned with client requirements and objectives.
Sales Pipeline & CRM Management
· Develop, manage, and maintain sales funnels within the CRM system.
· Conduct research and development to identify and qualify new sales funnel contacts.
· Explore opportunities to extend existing client relationships, increasing work remit and fee income.
Reporting & Insights
· Deliver clearly defined weekly reports to the management team.
· Prepare and deliver monthly performance and commercial reports to clients.
· Track and analyse commercial activity to support informed decision-making.
Operations & Resource Coordination
· Take responsibility for the effective organisation and coordination of sign off process for orders.
· Support smooth day-to-day commercial operations through proactive organisation and communication.
Skills & Experience

· Experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or a commercial role (sport, marketing, or agency experience desirable).
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
· Confident communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
