Hours: Part-time, offering 4 hours on Tuesday mornings
We’re looking for an experienced Prescribing Practice Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Prescribing Pharmacist to join a friendly, proactive private clinic in Newcastle, rated Good by the CQC. This is a part-time, self-employed role perfect for clinicians passionate about weight management, health, and wellbeing, looking to make a positive impact within the community while expanding their clinical scope.
In this role, you’ll:
* Conduct weight loss consultations and personalised care plans
* Carry out pill checks and prescribe safely
* Deliver injections and ongoing patient support
* Work independently while contributing to a friendly, small clinic team
Requirements:
* Registration with NMC or GPhC
* Experience in weight management within primary care
* Own professional indemnity insurance and self-employed experience
The clinic is well-located with excellent transport links, commutable from South Shields, Gateshead, and Westerhope. This is a fantastic chance to diversify your clinical experience, work autonomously, and make a real impact on patients’ health while joining a supportive, growing private clinic.
