Finding the best sales talent for your GTM teams.
£30,000 basic + commission (monthly, quarterly and annual bonusses)
Here at Flourish, we're looking to be the go-to agency for businesses looking to hire sales talent. With offices in Wilmslow and London, we are expanding at a fantastic rate and we're looking for individuals eager to kick-start their career in recruitment.
We’re looking for driven and enthusiastic Talent Executives to join our growing team in Wilmslow here at Flourish! Our business is geared around great people which is lucky, because we are in the business of people.

You don’t need prior experience to be set up for success, just a strong work ethic and be motivated to succeed.
The Role
* Source, screen, and interview candidates for various sales roles.
* Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
* Advise candidates on interview process and provide support and guidance.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Support on the delivery of our Discovery Day process.
* Meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
* Working closely with our MD and Talent Director
Qualities we're looking for:
* Exceptional communication skills
* Ability to commute to Wilmslow 5 days a week
* Comfortability speaking with candidates and clients over the phone.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
