Working alongside the Kitchen Manager, you will keep the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine while inspiring your crew to excel every single shift.

* The Standards Champion: Delivering a flawless flow of work on the line, ensuring every dish is handled, cooked, and served to precise company specifications.
* The Safety Anchor: Building an absolute culture of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety, ensuring all EHO directives and kitchen audit standards are consistently met.
* The Growth Mentor: Coaching, mentoring, and supervising the kitchen team, running daily briefings, and sharing your personal culinary passion to build a strong development culture.
* The Commercial Operator: Supporting the Kitchen Manager with stock control, maintaining correct par levels, managing wastage, and checking payroll benchmarks to drive profit performance.
