Chartered Agency Surveyor – Surveyor / Director level - potential future partnership / management options for the correct persons – £57 – 80,000 plus approx. £4000 car allowance, plus annual bonus depending on experience (agency approx.). Solid professional firm with a competent team made up of around 20 professionals, covering agency, valuations and advisory, property management, business rates and other general practice work. They are looking to add experienced heads to their agency team who carry out a lot of acquisitions and disposals of office and retail premises that have the potential for investment transactions. Ideally they are looking for agency surveyors who are experienced across the City, Mid-town and or West End markets. Mainly office based but are happy to consider 1-2 days remote working per week. Genuine career progression opportunities for the right persons, partnership and management opportunities are potentially on the table but naturally subject to interviews and discussion.
