About the Opportunity
Flame Health Optometry is recruiting on behalf of a reputable independent optical and hearing care provider that is seeking a Practice Manager to join its well-established practice in the East Derbyshire area.

The Role
The Practice Manager will support the day-to-day running of the practice, working closely with the senior management team to ensure the branch operates efficiently, profitably and to the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the management of daily practice operations
* Supervising, motivating and developing team members
* Driving business growth and commercial performance
* Ensuring excellent customer and patient care standards
* Maintaining smooth operational processes and profitability
* Supporting the delivery of practice objectives and KPIs
* Creating a positive and productive team culture
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and professional standards
* Managing stock control and operational efficienciesSupporting the continued development of the practice and its team
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in optical practice management or retail management
* Optical experience preferred
* Fully qualified Dispensing Optician desirable, though not essential
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Ability to drive efficiency, performance and team engagement
* Commercially aware with a customer-focused approach
* Confident leading and developing teams
* Able to motivate colleagues and deliver results within a busy environment
