Job description
Job responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of the Physiotherapist service in your area of specialism and participate in policy review and updates.
* Provide clinical support to Physiotherapist staff to develop their skills through training, second opinions, and joint working, supervising assistants, PT students, and less experienced Physiotherapists.
* Manage your own caseload across various settings, delivering highly specialist interventions and providing information to parents, carers, and other professionals.
* Maintain continuous professional development and inform Clinical Quality Leads and Team Leads of research and policy impacts on local practices.
* Participate in and promote Clinical Governance to ensure high-quality practice within the service.
Person Specification Qualifications (Essential):
* HCPC registered
* Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
* Registered member of British Association of OT/Chartered Society of Physiotherapists
* Experience as a Paediatric Physiotherapist in NHS with System One knowledge
* UK Driving License and Car Owner
