About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales- UK to join our United Kingdom sales team. In this B2B role, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships, generating new business, and ensuring customers experience the full value of our premium container solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation: Proactively identify and prospect potential business customers for USC/Stellar’s storage container sales
* Remote Sales: Confidently sell in virtual and hybrid environments, building strong client relationships and closing deals remotely.
* Client Needs Assessment: Engage with clients to understand their storage requirements and recommend the best container configurations, features, and solutions.
* Product Presentation: Showcase USC/Stellar’s award-winning storage containers, emphasizing benefits such as folding technology, flat-pack shipping, and easy setup.
* Sales Closing: Negotiate and finalize contracts for Stellar containers, driving both sales.
* Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
* Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to design and execute strategies that meet and exceed sales targets.
* Administrative Excellence: Prepare proposals, manage sales records, and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
* Market Awareness: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and innovations in the portable storage sector to keep Stellar at the forefront.
* Attend tradeshows and industry events on behalf of USC/Stellar; some travel may be required.
* Manage long-term client relationships by ensuring product performance, addressing quality issues promptly, maintaining regular engagement, and driving ongoing sales opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications
* 5+ years B2B sales, business development, or account management.
* 3+ years of Salesforce experience preferred.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Current United Kingdom driver’s license (essential).
