I have a brand new concept Restaurant & Bar, looking for highly experienced Sous Chefs.
Proficient in all things Mediterranean, cooking from Fressh
As a Sous Chef
* Right hand Senior Sous Chef to the Head Chef - £38k
* Sous Chef £34k
* Junior Sous Chef £30k
* Able to run service / assist in Head Chef absence
* Have a background in Mediterranean cooking, or from classical French rosette standard
* Able to teach, mentor & train the team members
* Have an exemplary work ethic
* Be a real Team player
The Person
* At least 5yrs Sous Chef experience for Senior Sous from a fine dine establishment
* 2yrs experience as a Sous for the Sous Chef position - must be from a restaurant background
* Fast paced Restaurant, Catering background
* As a Sous Chef be able to cook produce from scratch
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to manage a small team
* Can step in and lead service when required
* 100% reliable
