Responsibilities
* Work together with your store team to wow our customers at every turn.
* Provide top notch customer service, helping customers with pre-sales queries and order completions, as well as post-sales questions and escalating complaints when needed.
* Support your team with promotional changes and store housekeeping, reporting to a Store Manager (a master of all things flooring).
* Always look for ways to improve the store, service, and how we can better serve customers.
* Learn about our products and collections to offer bespoke advice to each customer.
* Learn how to draw and cost a room to deliver flooring excellence.
* Bring a sales-driven and customer-focused mindset; maintain a positive, presentable, and honest demeanor with a "no customer left behind" attitude.
* Be ready to thrive in a busy store environment and look for ways to improve things for customers and colleagues.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong customer focus.
