Our public sector Client seeks a Full-time Secretary in Lisburn. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a public sector body.
Hours- Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Rate of pay £12.31ph
Duties:
Word processing/audio typing letters/producing reports.
Sorting and responding to mail as appropriate.
Dealing with general enquiries.
Sorting and processing information.
Preparation of statistical information.
Dealing with requests for information.
Data input on a variety of computer programmes
Making appointments.
Filing.
Dealing with telephone calls.
Photocopying/scanning.
Essential Criteria:
Four GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English, or equivalent and one year’s secretarial
or clerical experience
OR
Two year’s secretarial or clerical experience
1. OCR stage II/RSA Stage II (parts 1 & 2) typing or word processing, or equivalent.
2. Audio Typing qualification or 6 months recent audio working experience
