Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + uncapped bonus (20% of salary as baseline OTE)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week - office based

In this role, you'll focus on generating new business opportunities for the Projects division of an SME company, where you will be dealing with architects / contractors and care operators. You will be 50% Office based / 50% on the road, Nationally.
What you'll be doing:
Driving outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
Face to face site visits, Nationally.
Building relationships with architects, contractors, care facilities, and education providers.
Managing and tracking opportunities using HubSpot CRM.
Coordinating with the Business Development Manager and service team on pipeline progress.
Attending occasional industry events (around five per year) to represent the team and generate leads.
Consistently achieving weekly KPIs and progressing leads into booked appointments and service contracts. Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (B2B experience preferred).
Experience in a role that requires National travel highly desirable
A confident telephone manner with the ability to handle pushbacks and objections.
Organised, proactive, and results-driven with excellent time management skills.
CRM experience (HubSpot ideal)
