Inspiring design excellence by providing sustainable design leadership to key clients and collaborators across our global project portfolio. Working as a "trusted advisor" both internally and externally, guiding clients on sustainable design, strategies, and outcomes. Assuming the role of Project Director, ensuring efficient project management using our advanced planning tools. Leading and fostering the development of tools, templates, strategies, and processes that enhance our sustainable design capabilities across disciplines with a focus on Building Services. Cultivating and strengthening relationships with key clients and collaborators, aligned to our UK Buildings and Global Sustainability strategy. Collaborating with partners, business development teams, and work winners to develop effective strategies for securing projects and bids. Championing diversity and inclusion, promoting openness, trust, and collaboration among team members. Providing effective line management and proactive mentoring/coaching to support growth. Actively contributing to the technical advancement in sustainable design, staying ahead of research and innovation. Demonstrating sustainability leadership both internally and externally, leveraging your broad expertise and insights. Your skills & experience: A background in Building Services engineering. Extensive experience in an environmental design/building services consultancy, with a strong understanding of sustainable design principles. An ability to inspire clients and collaborators through creative thinking and communication. Experience leading multi-client stakeholder groups on impactful projects. Demonstrable portfolio of net-zero and/or low-carbon design projects. International project experience. Well-networked with both clients and collaborators, and able to demonstrate evidence of work-winning success. Relevant qualifications combined with professional registration. What we offer: Performance incentive scheme, up to 10% of basic salary. Hybrid working and international remote working for up to 4 weeks per year.
