We’re at the exciting part — building, experimenting, and scaling. We already have partners in Portugal and are expanding across Europe. To help us grow, we’re looking for a Commercial Associate who’s ready to get stuck in, take ownership, and help turn great technology into real-world impact.
This will not be an easy position. You'll have to wear multiple hats but be at the cutting edge of an industry thats growing globally and be able to grow with the business. You'll get exposure of the full business process from conversations about company incorporation to negotiating rates with government bodies.
The Opportunity
You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and strategy — working directly with founders to help shape how our businesses grow.
Your day-to-day might include:

Structuring pilots and partnerships with hospitals, clinics, or research partners

Running demos and presentations that bring our software to life
*
Managing early sales conversations, from first contact to close
*
Building and nurturing relationships with clinicians, partners, and investors
*
Feeding insights from the field back into product development and go-to-market plans
You’ll be a key part of a small team — learning how to build, sell, and scale an early-stage tech company from the ground up.
Who You Are
We’re not looking for a traditional salesperson — we’re looking for someone who’s curious, entrepreneurial, and genuinely interested in how technology can change healthcare.
You might be:

1–3 years out of university, or more established and looking to move into startups
*
Experienced (or just naturally good) at building relationships and communicating clearly
*
Comfortable around technology and software, even if you’re not an engineer
*
Energised by problem-solving and making things happen with limited resources
*
Happy operating in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment
*
Portuguese-speaking or experienced in Portuguese markets (a big plus)

£30,000–£50,000 depending on experience
