Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle across the UK real estate and surveying markets, from sourcing specialist talent to managing offer processes.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates within property, surveying, and estates management.
* Leverage your existing industry knowledge to add real value and consult clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market movement.
* Source niche candidates using advanced recruitment technology and headhunting tools.
* Consistently achieve monthly performance and activity targets.
* Represent the business professionally to senior stakeholders in the property sector.
Requirements
* Experience within real estate, property management, surveying, or a related built-environment sector (no recruitment experience required).
* Sales professionals also encouraged to apply
* Confident, personable, and comfortable engaging with senior professionals over the phone and in person.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workloads simultaneously.
* Proactive, competitive, and financially driven.
* Degree preferred but not essential.
