As Service Administrator at Platters Farm Lodge, you will: Provide administrative support to the management team in the form of taking minutes and drafting letters and emails Support the daily management of staff rotas Respond to enquiries and maintain computerised care-related data Cover for the Admissions & Discharge Administrator during periods of leave Manage credit card statements and collect receipts and invoices to go to the Finance department Order care and clinical supplies, including PPE from the PPE Portal As a Strode Park Foundation colleague, you will get comprehensive support from day one and will receive training and development opportunities to develop your skills. Our ideal Service Administrator will: Possess excellent planning and organisational skills Experience of using computerised systems Hold 5 GCSEs, Grade C/5 or above, or equivalent Have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Be able to clearly and appropriately communicate both orally and in written form with people inside and outside of the Foundation Although not essential, it would be an advantage if you have a qualification i business or administration would be an advantage, but not necessary.
