Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Advisor
Willis Aviation Services Limited (WASL) is seeking an HSE Advisor to strengthen a proactive, people-first safety culture across our aviation operations.
What You’ll Do
* Monitor, evaluate, and review new and existing Health & Safety legislation
* Develop and maintain HSE procedures and safe systems of work
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections
* Support fire risk assessments and emergency planning
* Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses
* Provide HSE training and guidance to employees
* Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Need
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
* Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Aviation experience is an advantage (training provided)
* Eligible for an airside security pass (basic DBS required)
