Job Description
BIM ManagerWe are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to take ownership of digital delivery and internal BIM processes across multiple offices Manchester, Sheffield, or Wellingore (flexible/hybrid).This is a key leadership role suited to someone looking to shape and drive BIM standards, workflows, and best practices within a growing team.You MUST have worked on UK based projects and have a experience working to BS standards.Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage BIM delivery across projects and teams
* Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards and workflows
* Oversee and support the use of Common Data Environments (CDEs)
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, including COBie requirements
* Provide guidance and mentorship to BIM technicians and wider project teams
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve digital processes
* Manage inter-office coordination (travel as required, self-directed)
Requirements
* 10+ years' experience in BIM or digital engineering roles
* Strong working knowledge of COBie
* Proven experience in BIM team leadership or management (advantageous)
* Experience working within consultancies, contractors, or similar environments
* Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and project delivery
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Additional Information
* Travel between Manchester, Sheffield, and Wellingore will be required, with flexibility and autonomy to manage frequency
