About the role:
Based at our fantastic Head Office in Stratford-Upon-Avon, with flexible working-from-home options, this Pricing Analyst role offers the chance to join a supportive, inclusive team dedicated to delivering fair pricing that meets our members' needs.
Initially focusing on Motor products, your responsibilities include extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data to meet specific requirements, ensuring compliance with policies and standards. You will conduct complex pricing analyses, such as root cause and performance testing, and refine models to support business decisions and regulatory compliance.
You will develop rating logics, build pricing models, perform quality control on existing models, and prepare reports to communicate results and address stakeholder queries effectively.
We provide a structured development framework with clear career progression, regular reviews, and ongoing training—both on the job and through formal courses. Your manager will help create a tailored action plan to guide your growth and milestones.

About you:
We seek a proactive, analytically minded professional with recent experience in insurance or brokerage, specifically in insurance pricing.
You must demonstrate the ability to analyze large datasets, draw sound conclusions even with incomplete information, and possess excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills are essential to build stakeholder relationships and present technical and non-technical information effectively.
Ideally, you will have one or more of the following skills:
* A degree with a numerical or analytical focus
* Experience in financial forecasting based on trend analysis
* Experience in data cleaning, manipulation, or price optimization projects
* Experience with SQL, Radar, and/or Emblem
