Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Manager located in Wrexham. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process from initial concept through to project completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines, and managing design documentation. The Design Manager will also be responsible for leading a team of designers and ensuring all designs meet regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in Building Envelope, Cladding, and Roofing design
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software
* Strong project management and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
* Understanding of construction regulations and standards
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
