Permanent Teaching Roles – SEMH & SEN Provision Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and social, emotional, or mental health (SEMH) challenges? We're looking for proactive, enthusiastic, and highly motivated teaching staff to join one of our partner schools which is a trauma-informed independent school with an attached alternative provision. They support children through bespoke, small-group and 1:1 academic and therapeutic interventions. Their approach is rooted in understanding trauma and individual need. Criteria - you must have the following to apply: Qualified Teachers (QTS preferred) Unqualified teachers with substantial experience ECTs with a strong SEN/SEMH background Candidates with relevant degrees in education, teaching, or related fields Requirements: Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting children with SEN, SEMH, and challenging behaviour or have lived in experience.
