* All relevant right-to-work documentation
* A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Mental Health HCA in the UK
* Be willing to attend and/or complete regular training and supervision to ensure high standards of care and clinical competency.
* Good knowledge and experience with Learning disabilities and autism
* Experience with various mental health diagnosis including but not limited to psychosis and EID
* Are willing to help client with housekeeping and are okay with pets
The Role involves
* Daily documentation
* Supporting service users to access the community
* Deliver care on a 1:1 basis in accordance with the clients person-centered care plan.
* Physical and emotional resilience to support individuals in distress
* Promote comfort, safety, emotional wellbeing, and social engagement.
