In this role, you will engage with clients across a range of industries to shape their Microsoft 365 strategy, design innovative solutions, and deliver impactful business outcomes. You’ll combine technical expertise with advisory capability — balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. Working collaboratively within CGI’s expert teams, you’ll influence digital transformation programmes that modernise collaboration, enhance productivity, and drive measurable value.
Responsibilities
* Shape & Advise: Define M365 strategies and roadmaps aligned to client outcomes and business goals.
* Design & Architect: Create high‑level and detailed solution designs for M365, Copilot and Power Platform implementations.
* Innovate & Deliver: Lead proofs of concept and pilot projects to explore emerging technologies such as M365 Copilot.
* Collaborate & Mentor: Build trusted client relationships, support colleagues, and share expertise across CGI’s digital workplace community.
* Optimise & Evolve: Identify opportunities for continual improvement, efficiency, and automation within client environments.
* Own & Lead: Balance technical excellence with strategic insight, ensuring architecture decisions drive long‑term value.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge across the Microsoft 365 portfolio, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange and Entra ID.
* SME‑level expertise in M365 Copilot and Power Platform.
* Experience architecting and documenting solutions (including HLDs and architectural artefacts).
* Hands‑on experience delivering pilots and proof‑of‑concepts for M365 Copilot.
* Experience establishing and supporting sustainable Power Platform governance models (e.g. Centres of Excellence).
* Familiarity with architecture methodologies (Agile, SAFe, TOGAF, RCDA, etc.).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.

Eligibility
Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position and you will be expected to travel to CGI offices or client sites 2‑3 days per week on average.
