Main Duties
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer queries courteously, professionally, and promptly, aiming to exceed expectations.
* Process customer orders accurately using computer systems and software.
* Provide product information, resolve issues, and suggest solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Work with the sales team to support customers throughout the sales process.
* Improve product knowledge to better address customer inquiries.
* Communicate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when needed for quick resolution.
* Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage shipments and delivery expectations.
